About the Role:

We re hiring a Sr. Application Analyst with strong Java development skills and hands-on experience in AWS cloud environments. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in cloud-native, microservice-based architectures, enjoys problem-solving, and excels in cross-functional team settings.

You ll be responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting backend services and cloud-based applications, with a strong emphasis on scalability, performance, and integration with modern AWS tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend services using Java (8 or higher)
• Build and support cloud-native applications using AWS services: Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, SQS
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and business teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Write technical documentation and communicate clearly across teams
• Contribute to infrastructure automation and CI/CD pipelines (nice-to-have)

Required Skills:

• 6+ years of Java development (Java 8+)
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS core services
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with microservices and modern application frameworks

Nice to Have:

• Amazon Q or GitHub Copilot experience
• Terraform, PowerShell scripting
• WiX installer technology
• Oracle, SQL, or NoSQL database experience
• Agile/Scrum methodology familiarity
