Job Description

We are seeking a skilled TAMR MDM Consultant to design, implement, and optimize enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using TAMR’s data mastering platform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data management, data quality, and system integration, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable MDM solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement end-to-end MDM solutions using TAMR.

  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define data governance frameworks, workflows, and mastering rules.

  • Configure and customize TAMR workflows, match/merge rules, and entity resolution processes.

  • Integrate TAMR MDM with enterprise applications, APIs, and data pipelines (cloud and on-prem).

  • Develop strategies for data onboarding, enrichment, cleansing, and deduplication.

  • Build scalable data mastering pipelines to unify structured and unstructured data sources.

  • Define metadata management, data lineage, and stewardship processes.

  • Provide technical documentation, user guides, and operational runbooks.

  • Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring scalability and reliability.

  • Support ongoing operations, incident resolution, and change requests post-implementation.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on experience with TAMR MDM platform (entity resolution, schema mapping, mastering workflows).

  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, Spark, or Java for data engineering and integrations.

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure) and containerized deployments (Docker/Kubernetes).

  • Knowledge of data governance, stewardship, and metadata management principles.

  • Strong background in ETL/ELT, APIs, and data pipeline design.

  • Familiarity with data quality frameworks, match/merge rules, and record survivorship logic.

  • Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.


Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with other MDM platforms (Informatica, Reltio, SAP MDG, etc.).

  • Familiarity with machine learning techniques for data matching and entity resolution.

  • Prior experience in Pharma, Healthcare, Financial Services, or Retail domains.
