Description

Exciting opportunity awaits for a Computer Operations Associate to join our dynamic Information Technology team! In this key role, you'll partner with our Computer Operations Specialist to help prep, launch and keep our operations running smooth. You'll also be instrumental in building and deploying document models within the Istream document generation system. This role calls for an independent problem-solver who can communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Computer Operations Associate, you will:

Carry out specific tasks based on clear instructions and processes, also making suitable adjustments to said documentation.

Monitor and adjust daily system tasks.

Respond to user requests for edits in their letters or messages in the Istream system.

Help with projects involving modifications to letters or other written communication.

Utilize your stellar written communication skills to review model documents for clarity, consistency, technical accuracy, and compliance with established standards.

Maintain client trust and operational security by keeping sensitive information confidential.

Carry out any other duties related to this role as needed.

YOUR SKILLS

Post-Secondary Degree in Information Systems or similar expertise in related field.

1-2 years' experience in computer operations.

Proficiency in a Microsoft Windows environment.

Exceptional oral and written communication skills, along with high level of professionalism.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to troubleshoot computer problems.

Initiative-driven team player with excellent prioritization skills and a sense of urgency.
