Marketing Project Manager

*hybrid 3 days per week*

Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Project Manager to manage key workflows and drive process efficiencies for our e-commerce marketing programs. The focus is on supporting numerous e-commerce partner offers conducted each year, involving complex and cross-functional development and execution processes. This role will contribute to a wide range of existing foundational marketing processes with the potential to expand in scope over time.

Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Oversee the design to execution of promotions for ad hoc and ongoing marketing programs.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, quality, business development, creative, and data analytics.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct QA audits of merchants for specific promotions and manage multi-quarter, multi-channel integrated partner marketing programs.
  • Data Analysis: Gather, synthesize, and analyze data and insights from marketing campaigns, presenting findings to the core team with recommendations for future optimizations.
  • Program Execution: Execute large-scale programs in collaboration with cross-functional teams including Marcom, Legal, Procurement, Data Sciences, Finance, Operations, as well as external agencies and merchant partners.

Key Qualifications

  • Experience: 3-5 years of project management/operations experience with a B2C marketing team.
  • Skills:
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
    • Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and documentation skills.
    • Effective oral and written business communication skills with various audiences.
    • Ability to make good judgments and quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong collaboration skills to articulate team and program updates and develop cross-functional relationships.
    • Ability to quickly respond to changes in business scenarios, projects, and resources.
    • Business contract management experience is a plus.

Specific Functions

  • Campaign Management: Manage campaign timelines, calendars, and workflows.
  • Creative Reviews: Lead internal and partner campaign creative reviews, including quality assurance testing through resource management and goal setting.
  • Merchant Audits: Oversee pre-campaign merchant audits and end-to-end campaign journey screenshot captures.
  • Platform Management: Manage internal platforms and tools for legal and creative submittals, third-party creative submittals for issuer campaigns, and post-campaign documentation.
  • Testing Management: Schedule, secure, and manage testing support, lead testing execution, and interface with external partners as needed.
  • Partner Communication: Provide frequent oral and written communication with external partners around campaign preparation and management.
  • Performance Reporting: Streamline post-program performance data and reports.
  • Internal Communication: Oversee the internal monthly newsletter communication updates.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
