Job Details
- Highly skilled and experienced Thermal Systems Engineer with strong background in thermal system design, familiarity with relevant codes and standards, and expertise in component selection and sizing.
- Experience in owning thermal systems ( comprising of HVAC, heat exchangers, fluid transfer, and topology) for battery energy storage systems
- Experience in design and develop BESS/module thermal systems from initial product scope and concepts through to design & release of prototype level components and systems
- Derive performance requirements and develop and release engineering design specifications
- Develop and mature 3D geometry of HVAC housings, ducts, heat exchangers, fluid transfer components, and fluid routing
- Manage supplier design development progress, technical action item list, and transfer of engineering communication;
- Support prototype builds, create test plans, execute tests and create test reports to validate designs, mitigate risks and/or troubleshoot problems
