We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Learning Functional Lead to deliver end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM Learning solutions. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of Oracle Cloud HCM experience, including at least two full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Learning. This role involves leading project teams, conducting requirements analysis, designing functional solutions, configuring and testing modules, and managing deployment and training. Strong communication skills, clear documentation ability, and the capability to collaborate effectively with remote end users are essential. Oracle HCM Cloud certification is preferred. Bachelor s degree required.
