Position Summary

The CVS Health Enterprise Delivery team is looking for an Sr. Analyst, Scrum master who will be responsible for managing the delivery of small to medium products. Assignments may be complex and will require experience in applying and adapting project management and scrum techniques. You will support the planning, coordination and tactical execution of technology efforts across business and functional areas, as well as the development of presentations and content for key leadership forums.

Areas of responsibility include:
  • Responsibility to develop PowerBI dashboards for tracking and reporting on key metrics across the PS portfolio for the Enterprise Delivery team.
  • Responsible for leading one or more (small to medium ) efforts with budgets of $500k-1M+ , with the below responsibilities:
  • Develop initiative delivery plans
  • Manages end to end delivery and budget including change management
  • Manages risks and issues and develop mitigation plans.
  • Prepares weekly and Executive Status Reports.
  • Manages program burn charts and highlight financial risks
  • Tracks and communicates overall team progress.
  • Ensures initiative scope, schedule, budget, quality, and associated metrics are available and accurate

Required Qualifications

Background in developing PowerBI Dashboards

Background in IT Program management, budget management and execution
2 + years of demonstrated IT project management experience
Understanding of scrum and software development methodologies
Proficient in Microsoft project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.

Preferred Qualifications
Scrum certification or experience

Expert knowledge with using Project Management Tools such as CA Clarity PPM, MS Project, MS SharePoint, and MS Office Suite.
PMP and SAFe Agile certification

Education Bachelor's Degree*
* Will consider High School Diploma/GED plus years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's Degree

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$72,100.00 - $144,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
