Role-WalkMe Developer

Location- SCV, CA- Onsite Day 1

Duration :12+ Months

Note: Local and able to come in-person to SCV (Tues - Thur)

Minimum Years of Experience: 8+ Years

Change management experience specifically delivering managing training programs (end-to-end)

Experience implementing WalkMe into SAP + other tools (both is preferred)

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify user needs, design solutions, and optimize the user experience.

Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure content is functioning correctly and effectively.

Manage and update WalkMe content on an ongoing basis to ensure accuracy and relevancy in alignment with Salesforce Releases

Manage backlog for WalkMe development

Track and analyze user engagement data to identify areas for change management.

Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on WalkMe content and functionality.

Qualifications:

Understanding of web-based technology such as HTML and JavaScript to help embed the WalkMe solution to the correct HTML elements on the page

Experience in business analysis and process improvement, with a focus on driving user adoption and engagement.

Knowledge of software development and organizational change management methodologies, project management principles, and agile practices.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and with consultants.

Experience in developing and maintaining WalkMe content and training and supporting end-users on WalkMe content and functionality.

WalkMe certification (recommended)
