Title: UAT/QA Analyst
Location: Hybrid in Dallas, Tx 3days onsite/2 days remote
Rate: $38/hour
Work Authorization: s, s, or those Authorized to Work in the U.S.

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical UAT/QA Analyst to support testing efforts for a new project initiative. This role will be responsible for creating and executing test plans, setting up and managing test scenarios, and ensuring that all system functionality aligns with business and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for project deliverables.

  • Set up, manage, and monitor test environments and scenarios.

  • Validate workflows, verify data accuracy, and ensure consistent system behavior across platforms.

  • Identify and document defects, inconsistencies, and usability issues.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track defect resolution and ensure timely fixes.

  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards before production release.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to spot discrepancies quickly.

  • Experience in UAT and QA testing processes, including defect tracking.

  • Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with multiple platforms and integrated systems testing.

  • Familiarity with project management and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
