RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Planner (Project Management) - 100% Onsite in Phoenix, AZ.
Summary:
Are you ready to lead impactful infrastructure projects and drive operational excellence? We're seeking a dynamic Project Planner to oversee facilities initiatives including Capital Improvement Projects (CIP), ADA compliance upgrades, and the rollout of advanced electronic key systems. Responsibilities:
As a Project Planner, you will:
* Lead planning, design, and construction phases of infrastructure projects
* Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
* Participate in weekly scrum meetings with the Data Services Management team
* Attend and contribute to project design meetings
* Manage information flow between stakeholders and leadership
* Schedule and facilitate meetings with clients, employees, and leadership
* Prepare presentation materials and share meeting notes
* Ensure follow-up on project activities and proactively communicate to resolve challenges
* Plan and manage project goals, schedules, and updates
* Maintain project documentation and ensure proper filing and storage
* Prepare and review project proposals, memos, meeting minutes, and emails
* Communicate with clients to define and manage project scope and objectives
* Monitor expenses to ensure adherence to budget
REQUIREMENTS:
* A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
* 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or administrative support
* An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
* Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Teams, Sensei IQ, or Microsoft Project
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
* Analytical and problem-solving mindset
* Leadership and team management capabilities
* Attention to detail under pressure
* Effective time management and deadline adherence
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience supporting project managers in technical or operational settings
* Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Sensei IQ
* Ability to manage shifting priorities with professionalism and efficiency
* A collaborative, team-first mindset

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
