Pay Range:$46.55-$66.50/Hrs
Description
Plan, direct, and coordinate activities of corporate projects within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters.
Ensure project goals align with business objectives.
Manage execution of low to medium complexity projects.
Lead project team to achieve project goals and solve problems.
Prepare status reports and modify schedules and plans as needed.
Communicate project status and related issues to management and team.
Manage project budget and ensure deliverables are accurate.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the execution of projects and lead project teams.
Consult with management and review project proposals to determine goals and resource requirements.
Identify and schedule project deliverables and milestones.
Coordinate and respond to requests for changes from original specifications.
Monitor project results against specifications and manage resolution of issues.
Prepare project for governance gate approvals and provide leadership to the project team.
Collaborate with peers to manage project interdependencies and establish positive working relationships with stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
5 years of experience as a project manager in a business or IT function.
Strong leadership skills and experience managing high-performance teams.
Competency in project management and simultaneous execution of multiple projects.
Proficient in generic office software programs.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to influence and persuade.
