Job Title: Agile QA Tester/ Lending Systems Tester
Location: Hybrid 1 day/week onsite at corporate HQ in Vienna, VA
**Job Description:**
We are seeking an experienced Agile QA Tester to join our client's dynamic team and contribute to the rigorous testing of Lending systems products. As a Lending Systems Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the functionality, reliability, and accuracy of our systems through comprehensive testing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Regression Testing. Conduct complete regression tests of new and existing systems (both legacy and vendor) functions on software when new or modified features are introduced. This involves basic/routine testing procedures to maintain system integrity.
- Functional Testing- Conduct moderately complex/varied functional tests to ensure the software works seamlessly, interfaces correctly with other systems, and generates accurate reports. Identify and analyze business and system requirements, documenting problems, causes, and potential solutions.
-Test Case Management-Create and edit test cases in accordance with system requirements, actively participating in the development and enhancement of testing procedures.
- Requirement Analysis- Identify and analyze business and system requirements, including needs, objectives, functions, features, input, and output. Document problems, potential causes, and suggest appropriate solutions through moderate analysis.
- Stakeholder Collaboration- Work directly with relevant stakeholders to comprehend project concepts, objectives, and approach projects. Active participation in project discussions and coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Testing Log Maintenance- Maintain a comprehensive testing log, including time spent testing, encountered software or system problems, and any testing time lost due to incomplete documentation or deficiencies in the testing tools. Experience in maintaining organized records is crucial.
- Document Review- Review user documentation related to tested system functions for accuracy before dissemination. Identify discrepancies/errors and communicate findings to Software Testing Analysts through moderate analysis.

- Proven experience in Agile testing methodologies.
- Strong proficiency in regression and functional testing.
- Excellent understanding of business and system requirements analysis.
