IT Business Analyst

Location: Southeastern United States (Hybrid)

Compensation
Pay Range:$37.26-$53.24/Hrs

Description
Responsible for capturing and refining business and system requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and analyze problems.
Work closely with the development team to refine requirements into executable specifications.
Utilize knowledge of business and technical domains to create solutions.
Gather and catalog functional, non-functional, and technical requirements.
Ensure changes to applications comply with standards and policies.
Assist users and development team with application testing and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities
Capture and refine business and system requirements.
Analyze stakeholder needs and document requirements.
Collaborate with development teams to create executable specifications.
Act as subject matter expert for product scope and requirement decisions.
Lead or participate in continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications
8 years in business/data analysis, evaluation, and requirement translation.
Expert understanding of translating business requirements to technical/design requirements.
Experience with software development methodologies, focusing on Agile.
Excellent written, verbal, and diagramming skills.
Ability to work in a matrix environment with minimal supervision.
