Role: MuleSoft Integration Architect
Location: San Jose, CA (Hybrid) Need only locals

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced MuleSoft Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of integration solutions using MuleSoft's Anypoint Platform. This role will work closely with business and technical teams to architect scalable, secure, and high-performance APIs and integrations across enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and architecture of integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical integration requirements.
- Define API specs using RAML/OpenAPI and manage full API lifecycle.
- Oversee development teams to ensure best practices and standards (MuleSoft, REST, SOAP, microservices, etc.) are followed.
- Implement API-led connectivity, data transformation, and orchestration patterns.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and comply with enterprise standards.
- Conduct code reviews and performance tuning of integrations.
- Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing within the integration team.
- Stay current with MuleSoft and integration trends, providing strategic input to the enterprise integration roadmap.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 12+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years in MuleSoft development and architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Mule 4, Anypoint Platform, CloudHub, API Manager, and Runtime Manager.
- Proficiency with designing RESTful APIs and working with integration patterns.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD, DevOps, and version control (e.g., Git, Jenkins).
- Experience with data formats like XML, JSON, CSV and integration protocols (HTTP, JMS, FTP, JDBC).
- MuleSoft certification(s) preferred (MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect / Developer).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience integrating with Salesforce, SAP, Workday, or other major enterprise platforms.
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of security standards (OAuth 2.0, SAML, TLS, etc.).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
