Location: Remote
Hire Type: 6+ Month Contract (Extendable)
Requirements:
" Experience developing applications in Genesys Composer
" Experience with Genesys Platform
" Enterprise-scale IVR application development experience
" Knowledge of Core Java, Servlets, JSP, Web-Services, REST based micro-services, JAVA/J2EE.
" Experience in NLP (Natural Language Processing) & NLU (Natural Language Understanding), Client (Machine Learning), Conversational AI
" Experience with CI/CD (Git, Jenkins, Maven, etc.)
" Experience with agile and scrum development methodologies.
" Experience with web services integration
" Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills in a complex, distributed environment
