We are seeking a Workforce Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in configuring and supporting Workforce Software solutions with a focus on timekeeping, scheduling, and attendance.
Must Have Skills:
- Workforce Software techno-functional expertise
- Hands-on configuration experience in Workforce Software modules
- Strong knowledge of time and attendance management (PT101 certification highly desirable)
Job Description:
- Strong understanding of workforce management principles-time, attendance, scheduling, etc.
- Proficiency with configuration tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, SQL, JavaScript).
- Experience with web service integration technologies (SOAP, REST) is a plus.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and software development lifecycle.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- System Configuration: Set up and customize Workforce Software modules for timekeeping, scheduling, attendance, and payroll based on client requirements.
- Client: Work with clients to understand their specific workforce management needs, challenges, and business processes.
- Integration Development: Create and maintain interfaces to connect Workforce Software with other client systems, often using tools like Python, SQL, and web services.
- Troubleshooting: Resolve complex technical and configuration issues that arise after implementation.
