Responsibilities
- Lead a team to develop and implement storage solutions using advanced technologies for backup and disaster recovery.
- Architect and optimize systems for high availability and performance of critical applications.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automate system deployment and monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and implement data protection strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Supervise and support staff, managing workflow and evaluating performance.
- Participate in on-call rotations for critical infrastructure support.
Skills
- Extensive experience in IT Operations, DevOps, or Storage Engineering.
- Proficiency in AWS cloud services and Infrastructure as Code tools.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with a focus on accountability and transparency.
- Experience managing IBM PowerSystems and NetApp ONTAP storage environments.
Preferred Skills
- Certifications in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry.
- Proficiency in scripting languages for automation and system management.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
