Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead a dynamic team focused on product development and enterprise storage solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies in a collaborative and innovative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team in the development of automation and storage solutions across cloud and on-premises platforms.
  • Integrate advanced storage technologies into existing infrastructure to enhance performance and reliability.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automate system deployment processes.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices for data governance and access control.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement technical solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage and optimize critical IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability for essential applications.
  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in IT Operations, DevOps, or Storage Engineering.
  • Strong background in AWS or other cloud services.
  • Proven management experience, with the ability to lead and motivate diverse teams.
  • Expertise in storage management, particularly with NetApp ONTAP and Cohesity systems.
  • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools and CI/CD automation.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong focus on results.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with disaster recovery planning and data replication technologies.
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • AWS/Azure/GCP certifications are a plus.
  • Prior experience in the banking or financial services industry is advantageous.
