Job Details
Client Manager will manage and develop new and existing clients and work towards strengthening our relationships and increasing the Employer s footprint. This person will also resolve clients issues, communicate information accurately to the teams, engage with clients, and aggressively pursue & position the Employer s services. The Client Manager will be assigned to multiple clients/implementations simultaneously, which could be in various regions of the country.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in expanding the employer s consulting service offerings.
- Build client relationships with C Level executives and stakeholders.
- Understand the client s business and business processes and act as the Employer's advocate to address the existing gaps by selling the Employer's implementation services.
- Position and assist in up-selling additional Employer's software.
- Develop sales and solution strategies.
- Understand and work with different teams to provide solution roadmaps to clients.
- Assist in finalizing proposals, project planning, and estimating.
- Assist in pre-sales activities for implementation services.
- Be accountable for all service engagements.
Required Qualifications:
5 years of:
SAP Consulting Sales experience and/or SAP sales experience
Excellent client-facing and interpersonal skills
Understanding of RFPs, Contracts and SOWs
Exposure to multiple full lifecycle software implementations
Collaborative and consultative work style
Ability to link business processes with products/solutions
Independent thinking with keen problem-solving skills
Preferred:
Bachelor's or better in Business Administration or related field.
Ability to adapt to changing schedules and multiple work plans
Experience working with Big 4 or other large consulting firms is preferred.
