Title: Support Executive

Location: Morristown, NJ (Onsite)
Employment Type: Contract

Compensation
Pay Range:$30.05-$44.20/Hrs

Description
Provide support for payment applications to ensure minimal downtime and adherence to service levels.
Address issues related to transaction failures, connectivity, and integrations with card networks.
Assist in the end-to-end payment card transaction processes, including authorization and settlement.
Investigate and resolve disputes, manage chargeback processes, and ensure compliance with card network rules.
Monitor transaction patterns and support fraud prevention measures.
Perform updates and configurations for payment applications, ensuring security and compliance.
Analyze logs and perform root cause analysis for issues in payment workflows.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and resolve payment application issues to ensure minimal downtime.
Provide technical support for payment systems and address transaction-related issues.
Troubleshoot payment card transaction processes and support dispute resolution.
Monitor transaction patterns for fraud and support prevention measures.
Perform system maintenance, updates, and ensure compliance with security standards.
Collaborate with various teams to resolve issues and implement system enhancements.
Communicate with internal teams and external clients to resolve payment-related queries.

Qualifications
6-8 years in application support, with 5 years in the payment industry.
Proficiency in troubleshooting applications built on common programming languages.
Strong database skills for querying transaction and dispute data.
Expertise in APIs, web services, and middleware technologies.
In-depth knowledge of payment protocols and EMV standards.
Experience with dispute resolution, chargeback processes, and card network regulations.
Familiarity with regulatory standards and strong analytical and communication skills.
