Rate: $80.00/hr W2



We are seeking a Planview Systems Administrator III to serve as the primary administrator for the Planview platform currently being implemented across the enterprise. This is a high-visibility role that partners closely with PMOs and business stakeholders to ensure the platform is effectively run, maintained, and continuously improved. The ideal candidate brings deep PPM expertise, strong system administration skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Required Experience & Qualifications
  • Typically 7+ years of relevant experience, demonstrating:
  • Strong understanding of project and portfolio management (PPM) processes
  • Hands-on experience implementing PPM tools, ideally Planview or comparable platforms
  • PPM tool administration and support experience in a lead or supporting role
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced setting while maintaining accuracy and quality
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to change


Must-Have Skills
  • Planview / Clarizen project and portfolio management
  • IT systems administration
  • PPM tool implementation


Preferred Qualifications
  • Recent Planview administration or implementation experience within a financial services environment


Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and support the Planview application on a day-to-day basis in partnership with PMO administrators
  • Drive platform enhancements to improve efficiency, reporting, usability, and overall adoption
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and document technical issues; escalate as appropriate
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance workflows and user experience
  • Act as a trusted business partner to enterprise teams utilizing Planview for demand management, project management, and resource management
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Planview in assigned projects and initiatives
  • Create and proactively communicate updates, guidance, and documentation through clear written and verbal communication
  • Set and manage expectations with users and PMO leadership
  • Support additional Planview-related needs such as demonstrations, training, and cross-department initiatives as assigned
