Duration: 6 Months Contract

Job Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager to partner with business stakeholders and technology teams in delivering projects that solve business challenges and enhance customer experiences. This role requires strong facilitation, organizational skills, and the ability to manage risks, dependencies, and competing priorities across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, monitor, and close large, complex projects with multiple workstreams.
• Track and report on risks, scope, budgets, and timelines.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align on business goals.
• Ensure project tasks are clearly defined, assigned, and tracked.
• Prepare and maintain documentation per PMO processes.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO standards and practices.
• Adapt and manage projects across Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• PMP and/or Scrum certification preferred.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Proven ability to manage budgets (capital and expense).
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
