Job Title: Mid-Level Full Stack Developer

Job Description:
Client is seeking a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and Reactive Programming. This is an onsite role in Charlotte, NC, ideal for independent developers who thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:
Design and implement scalable software solutions using Core Java (11/17) and J2EE.
Develop and maintain RESTful and SOAP web services.
Build and optimize microservices using Spring Boot and Spring WebFlux.
Utilize Hibernate for efficient database operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve software issues.
Participate in code reviews and promote best practices.
Stay current with emerging technologies and development trends.
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers.
Ensure compliance with security protocols and data protection standards.
Conduct performance monitoring, testing, and feature integration.
Document data flows and system interactions.
Represent the team in cross-project meetings and perform POCs.

Required Skills:
8 10 years of experience in Java/J2EE, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.
7+ years of hands-on experience with Java 11 or Java 17.
5+ years of experience with Angular 11+.
Strong expertise in Java Reactive Programming and Spring WebFlux.
Experience in REST API and Microservices development.
Familiarity with SOAP, XML, and Hibernate.
Proficiency in AWS, GitHub, Jenkins, Agile methodologies.
Front-end skills: HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, Angular 13 16.
Bonus: Experience in the Cards & Payments domain.
