Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Location: 26701 Telegraph Rd, Southfield, MI 48033 (Hybrid)

Work Days & Shift timing: 7-4 up to 3 days a week with main days being Monday-Thursday. Heavy days are definitely Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday.



Qualifications:Demonstrated SuccessFactors Recruiting module expertise required.Recruiting system compliance background highly preferred.Expertise with vendor systems such as Background check and medical check modules.Computer Based Training modules and SAP expertise is highly preferred.Solid organizational, time management, prioritization and technical skills.Strong attention to detail, responsiveness and follow-up to stakeholders is required.Must have working expertise of MS Office and MS Teams.Strong communication, and cross-training skills.Have strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with multiple teams.Ability to communicate professionally and clearly to internal and external stakeholders.2+ years in a similar support role within talent acquisition/training or fast-paced support function.



Responsibilities:In this role you are the main liaison to internal and external candidates as well as our hiring manager and internal recruitment partners. You manage a variety of tasks from creating new requisitions and updating job descriptions to creating offers, running background checks and managing our Success Factors compliance. This role is based in our headquarters in Southfield, MI and is hybrid with 3 days on site. Contract term is one year with option to hire.Create new requisitions in SuccessFactors.Copy and maintain job description database.Move candidates to various stages in SuccessFactors.Book interviews in Outlook/Teams and send confirmations to candidate and interview panel.Follow up on Interview Evaluation Form.Ensure offer packet is sent.Initiate and monitor background checks.Candidate follow-up as needed.Hiring candidate in SuccessFactors and pushing hire to payroll.Assist candidate with any needed travel and reimbursements.Conduct candidate screens for selected roles (usually more entry level).Facilitating the development, implementation, and documentation of employee training to ensure compliance with Site and Corporate policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.Collaborating with EHS staff to support training and development activities.Utilizing your knowledge of SuccessFactors - assess training needs, run reports, etc.Assessing training gaps and contact manager or EHS staff to ensure correct training are assigned.Participating in regulatory, quality, internal and customer audits as required to demonstrate required training is complete and up to date; maintain training systems and records to be.



Comments/Special InstructionsThis role will be hybrid and hours are flexible. Typically have coverage anywhere from 7-4 up to 3 days a week with main days being Monday-Thursday. Heavy days are definitely Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday. Contract term is one year with option to hire.
