Title : Backend Software Engineer - W2 only

Work Location : Dearborn, MI,

Work Mode : Hybrid 4 days and 1 day remote

Duration : 1 year to start

Experience Required:

8+ years of experience in backend development with Java/Spring Boot in a professional setting.

Proven experience with NodeJS development. Working experience with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) or other major cloud providers.

Familiarity with, and ideally working experience in, Test Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior Driven Development (BDD) ideologies, utilizing tools such as Cucumber and Playwright.

Strong understanding and application of agile software development frameworks and methodologies, including Clean Code principles, Small Releases, and Continuous Integration. Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) tools such as GitHub, Jenkins, and Tekton.

Demonstrated experience leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance development workflows and productivity.

Experience Preferred:

1+ years of experience with front-end libraries such as ReactJS, VueJS, or AngularJS in a professional or personal setting.

Experience with TypeScript. Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
