Job Details

  1. someone who has Dispatch experience that has call center related experience. We can't just go by the word Dispatch as many times they are Dispatching drivers etc.
  2. If you can look for call center, order processing, assigning tasks, multi taking in a call center environment or something like that it would be great.
  3. We assign Technicians to service orders and it is called Dispatching.
  4. Our Dispatchers work in our service order systems, and use mapping to identify who to assign the work to in addition to several other decision making skills.
  5. We only require a high school diploma. I shy away from hiring contractors who has several degrees as history has proven they stay until they find another job.
