Job Title: Lead Drupal Developer
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Remote
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Background: We are in the midst of a digital, human-centered transformation of our website and our development team. As part of this transformation, we are incorporating new roles into the process, and we are looking for an experience lead developer that can make this transformation and to help the development team execute all the work that will result.
Scope of Work:
- Lead Drupal development projects with a comprehensive understanding of both front-end and back-end development.
- Lead senior-level projects and teams work directly with the Product Manager and UI/UX.
- Designer to convert problems into technical solutions that are sustainable and scalable.
- Leverage AI to accelerate software development.
- Create and implement strategic plans, particularly in transforming websites into product-oriented platforms guide the developers through an agile transformation.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Extension Drupal front-end and back-end experience
- Experience leading development teams
- Experience with waterfall to agile transformations
- Experience with product transformations
- Experience leveraging AI for workflow and productivity increases
