Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Senior Okta Consultant with deep expertise in Okta Identity Engine and Auth0 to lead a short-term identity transformation project. This is a 100% onsite role based in Beverly Hills, CA, and only local Los Angeles candidates will be considered.

Responsibilities:

Architect and implement scalable IAM solutions using Okta and Auth0 for internal and external applications.
Lead migration from legacy authentication tools (OAM, ISAM) to modern platforms like Okta/Auth0.
Oversee app/service consolidation, including data migration and integration.
Apply validation frameworks to ensure smooth transition and production readiness.

Technical Skills Required:

8 10 years of experience in Identity and Access Management.
Hands-on with Okta Identity Engine and Auth0 platform features, integration strategies, workflows.
Strong knowledge of identity protocols: SAML, OAuth, OIDC, SSO, SCIM, JIT provisioning.
Experience translating business and technical requirements into secure, scalable IAM solutions.
Ability to communicate with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

Analytical & Communication Skills:

Strong diagnostic/problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail in solution design and validation.
Clear communicator both verbal and written across all levels of the organization.

Certifications:

Okta Certified Administrator or Okta Certified Consultant required
