Job Description: -

• 7+ Years of experience as a Business Analyst in working with stakeholders to understand their needs and document them clearly.
• Domain knowledge of the Waste industry is preferred
• Experience in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting business data to identify trends, patterns, and potential issues, and then communicating these findings to stakeholders through reports, dashboards, and other visualizations.
• Experience in designing and developing data models within Power BI or any other reporting tool to represent the relationships between data and support effective reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify patterns, trends, and insights from data.
• Experience in data modelling and ETL processes.
• Ability to create visually appealing and effective data visualizations.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with business stakeholders.
• Ability to identify and solve problems related to data analysis and reporting.
• Understanding of business concepts and how data can be used to drive business decisions.

Roles and responsibilities: -

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, gather requirements, and communicate findings and recommendations effectively.
• Design and develop data models within Power BI to represent the relationships between data and support effective reporting.
• Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies, and draw actionable insights that can inform business decisions.
• Work with data engineers to identify, access, and transform data from various sources into a format suitable for analysis and reporting.
• Create visually compelling and user-friendly dashboards and reports using Power BI to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs), trends, and insights.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability within Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Provide technical support for existing reports and dashboards, and ensure they are maintained and updated as needed.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of BI reporting and analysis.
