RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an AI Reporting Lead in Spring, TX.
Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and business-savvy Senior Reporting Lead to drive the development of reporting solutions that empower data-driven decision-making across the enterprise. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical expertise in Power BI, a deep understanding of business operations, and the ability to work independently with cross-functional stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements, designing mockups, and creating impactful visualizations that address complex business questions. With a growing footprint of AI-driven tools and over 500 active projects-including enterprise-scale initiatives expanding to 60,000 users-this role is critical in supporting ad hoc reporting needs and ensuring data transparency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into actionable insights
* Design and develop mockups and prototypes for Power BI dashboards that align with business goals
* Create intuitive and inclusive visualizations that help users interpret data trends and anomalies
* Respond to ad hoc data requests, providing raw data extracts and tailored reports as needed
* Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure reporting solutions are both technically sound and user-friendly
* Support reporting needs across a large GenAI tool ecosystem, including high-volume user platforms
* Identify gaps in current reporting and propose scalable solutions to improve data accessibility and usability
REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or reporting roles
* Proven expertise in Power BI, including dashboard design, data modeling, and DAX
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and explain insights clearly
* Experience working independently and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders across technical and non-technical domains
* Familiarity with AI-driven tools and enterprise-scale reporting environments is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience supporting large-scale user platforms (e.g., 10,000+ users)
* Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and reporting best practices
* Exposure to GenAI tools and their integration into business reporting workflows
* Background in enterprise services or technology consulting environments
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
