Job Details

Role: Java Backend Developer

Exp: 10+ Yrs

Location: Boston, MA/Toronto, ON (Hybrid)

Note:

  1. Financial Domain experience MUST
  2. This is not a pure platform or infra role strong backend application engineers preferred
Tech Focus (must be real, hands-on):
  • Core Java with Spring Boot
  • Streaming experience (Java Streams and/or Kafka production use, not just consumers)
  • Reactive programming (Spring WebFlux, Mono vs Flux able to explain tradeoffs)
  • AWS EC2 (deployment, scaling basics, security awareness; EC2 vs EKS understanding)
  • CI/CD with Jenkins (pipelines, Jenkinsfile, build test deploy flow)
Notes form Client:
  • This is not a pure platform or infra role strong backend application engineers needed
  • Candidates must be onsite-ready (no fully remote)
  • Streaming + reactive depth will be validated in interview
