Job Description
We re seeking a skilled Advertising Copywriter with 10+ years of experience to help drive the promotion of our products and services through clear, compelling, and concise copy across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities:

• Craft compelling product descriptions for catalogs and digital platforms that captivate and inform customers.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the best possible product presentation.
• Analyze technical product details and translate them into accessible, benefit-driven copy.
• Interact with products firsthand observe, examine, and use when possible to better understand features and use cases.
• Participate in production meetings, taking detailed notes on products, processes, and timelines.
• Adapt messaging to suit various audiences, including customers, marketing teams, and management.
• Track assigned projects and product copy through all stages of catalog and website production.
• Manage multiple tasks and deadlines through efficient time organization and prioritization.
• Proofread and edit content to align with internal style guides and ensure accuracy.
• Write additional content such as news releases, customer letters, interviews, and instructional manuals.
• Maintain accurate and current product files and reference materials.
• Uphold brand integrity and compliance with legal considerations (e.g., trademarks, materials, country of origin).

Qualifications:

• Experience:
  • 10+ years of relevant writing experience, ideally in advertising, marketing, or digital content.
  • Prior work involving internet-based content preferred.
• Skills & Abilities:
  • Strong command of written English, grammar, and persuasive communication.
  • Ability to write for diverse formats, from print catalogs to online product pages.
  • Comfortable interpreting technical information and transforming it into customer-focused messaging.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Adaptable, deadline-driven, and open to feedback.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working under pressure, including occasional nights and weekends if required.
• Technical Proficiency:
  • Experience with macOS and iOS environments.
  • Familiarity with content management systems and digital workflow tools.
  • Aptitude for learning new software quickly.
