About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Opcenter Solutions Architect to lead the design, configuration, and development of robust Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) solutions. This role demands a comprehensive understanding of both front-end and back-end development, with a strong focus on Opcenter EX Core / MDD / Semi / Electronics and related tools. You will be instrumental in delivering end-to-end solutions, from initial design to post-go-live support, ensuring high-quality code and seamless integration with existing enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, configuration, and development of solutions using Opcenter EX Core / MDD / Semi / Electronics.
  • Develop and configure applications using Opcenter Designer, Opcenter Portal Studio, and Opcenter Connect MOM.
  • Perform both front-end and back-end development tasks, leveraging Visual Studio, REST API, and OData protocols.
  • Utilize Mendix for User Interface (UI) development.
  • Contribute to enterprise application integration (EAI) efforts with systems like SAP and PLM, and facilitate machine integration.
  • Develop and optimize SQL stored procedures.
  • Execute and oversee Unit Testing, Functional Testing, and Integration Testing.
  • Manage Deployment, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Go-Live Support.
  • Create comprehensive technical documentation and test case documentation.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality.
  • Participate in code movement, data migration planning, cutover planning, and hypercare planning.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal departments on technical issues, including system design and maintenance.
  • Prepare reports on programming project specifications, activities, or status.

Essential Skills:

  • Extensive hands-on experience with Opcenter EX Core / MDD / Semi / Electronics.
  • Proficiency in Opcenter Designer, Opcenter Portal Studio, and Opcenter Connect MOM.
  • Strong command of Visual Studio, REST API, and OData protocols.
  • Demonstrated experience with Mendix for UI development.
  • Expertise in writing SQL stored procedures.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise application integration (e.g., SAP, PLM) and machine integration.
  • Proven ability in Unit Testing, Functional Testing, and Integration Testing.
  • Experience with deployment, UAT, and Go-Live support.
  • Ability to create clear and concise technical documentation.

Desirable Skills:

  • Mendix advanced certification.
  • Experience with code reviews and ensuring code quality.
  • Familiarity with code movement, data migration plans, cutover plans, and hypercare plans.
