Job Details
Responsibilities -
Lead engineering and design for water/wastewater pipelines, pump/lift stations, treatment plants, and supply systems
Oversee project scopes, schedules, budgets, and quality control
Manage multiple clients and projects concurrently, from concept through construction
Coordinate directly with clients, agencies, consultants, and internal teams
Support proposal development and client pursuits with technical input
Prepare plans, permits, specifications, cost estimates, and schedules
Conduct site visits and support field coordination as needed (limited travel within Texas)
Qualifications -
B.S. in Civil Engineering or related discipline
12+ years of technical experience with at least 5 in project management
Licensed Professional Engineer in Texas for 3+ years
Expertise in Central Texas water/wastewater systems and municipal standards
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver successful projects
