SharePoint Developer (Senior-Level)

Opportunity:
TAYS is seeking a SharePoint Developer with Power Platform expertise to join its SharePoint
Development team. This position will be supporting a key government customer. The SharePoint
Developer will assist the team in developing SharePoint Online sites and will work on both the
front-end and back-end of the SharePoint.
This is a permanent, W2 position and will consist of an on-site schedule. The Senior SharePoint Developer must reside within 2 hours of Woodlawn, MD
Primary Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of SharePoint
Infrastructure services to optimize information sharing across the customer
environment.
Architect and develop advanced, user-friendly SharePoint solutions, ensuring
scalability and best practices.
Drive and oversee migration projects to SharePoint Online, ensuring seamless
transitions and minimal disruptions.
Expert-level experience with InfoPath and SharePoint Designer within Office 365
environments.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex SharePoint issues, including performance
optimization and security enhancements.
Manage and optimize SQL Server databases in conjunction with SharePoint
applications.
Oversee SharePoint security, access controls, and user permissions, ensuring
compliance with best practices.
Develop and automate SharePoint workflows to streamline business processes.
Implement Agile development methodologies, driving effective requirements
gathering, change management, and process optimization.
Lead the integration of Tableau visualizations into SharePoint dashboards, providing
interactive reporting solutions.
Architect and implement SharePoint-based workflows, Power Automate, and Tableau
dashboards, ensuring seamless data visualization and analytics.
Develop comprehensive technical documentation, including system architecture,
workflows, and process diagrams.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership in SharePoint best practices
and emerging technologies.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree with 10+ years of progressive experience in SharePoint
development and administration.
Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, .NET frameworks, and web development within
SharePoint environments.
Strong experience in SharePoint Online, Power Automate, PowerApps, and Office 365
ecosystem.
Proven ability to architect, develop, and manage enterprise-level SharePoint
solutions.
Strong understanding of SharePoint governance, compliance, and security best
practices.
Ability to obtain/maintain a Public Trust.
Desired Qualifications:
IT certification in a relevant field is preferred.
Experience with SharePoint Server.
Active Clearance is a plus.
