Our client is looking for a Desktop Support Technician for a 4-month contract in Niskayuna, NY 12309.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis now and in the future.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3-5 years of related desktop and/or deskside support experience
- Solid experience and understanding of IT services and products - including software, hardware and network troubleshooting skills, PC imaging and deployment and IMAC experience
- Ability to deliver great customer experiences and to be invigorated by constant personal interaction.
- Ability to manage multiple, simultaneous tasks, client relationships and expectations.
- Strong communication skills. Positive attitude.
- Manage the assets onsite for the customer and be responsible for imaging, deploying, maintaining, repair, and wiping of computer systems.
- Provide software support, mobile device management, and support computer peripherals.
- Able to confidently and safely lift up to 50 lbs as well as be able to navigate between buildings and the production floor to support users.
- Comfortable providing hands & feet support for network support if needed.
- Represents the company in a professional and businesslike manner and communicates effectively with customers and associates.
- Interacts with customers, responding to routine technical questions or requests.
