Job Title: HR Specialist / Coordinator
Location: Richardson, TX ( Local Preferred)
Type: Long-Term Contract
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Specialist / Coordinator to support core HR functions such as policy deployment, analytics, employee engagement, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Leave Management and I-9 compliance. local candidates are preferred for potential on-site work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Leave Management processes and ensure compliance with applicable laws
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance for I-9 verification
- Support HR operations, policy deployment, and change management
- Conduct data analysis and prepare HR dashboards (e.g., attrition, workforce)
- Contribute to training, surveys, and internal research projects
- Assist with vendor coordination and employer branding efforts
- Monitor HR compliance and support audit activities
Mandatory Skills:
- Leave Management experience
- I-9 Compliance knowledge and hands-on experience
Additional Requirements:
- 2+ years in HR operations, coordination, or generalist roles
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills (Excel, HR tools)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Local to Richardson, TX
