12 About the Role: Advisory and Expert Services team lead is part of the Enterprise Solutions Professional Services team.

The Team:
Professional Services team for Enterprise Solutions is a global team of knowledgeable and enthusiastic consultants with wide range of skills and capabilities.

We manage, execute, deliver or support both the initial and add-on implementations of WSO, iLEVEL, EDM, Corporate Actions and other products under the Enterprise Solutions umbrella.

Our WSO Software suite offers comprehensive tools for loan portfolio management, supporting investment firms, banks, and other financial institutions in performing key functions such as compliance monitoring, reporting, and trade settlement.

We use our extensive project experience to help establish our customers what their target operating model is and define suitable solution workflows to support it. This allows us to add value at every step of the organizational transformation. We look at the business processes the solution supports; considering areas of focus related to system performance or new business requirements; and doing health checks of the system configuration. Every year, this this allows us to deliver hundreds of successful client engagements spanning multiple segments and industry verticals.

Responsibilities and Impact:
The lead of the Advisory and Expert Services team will oversee a portfolio of client engagements, ensuring the successful delivery of consultancy services and integrations of our WSO solutions into customer application landscapes. The role will act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them on best practices for integrating and operating our software within their operational environments. This role requires a combination of leadership, problem-solving creativity, and strong stakeholder management skills to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients.

Client Engagement & Delivery Management:
  • Oversee a portfolio of client engagements, ensuring successful project execution and alignment with client objectives.
  • Drive customer delivery excellence, proactively identifying and mitigating risks to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Work with clients to understand business requirements, offering creative and practical solutions aligned with WSO functionality and best practices to address challenges.
  • Establish strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, serving as their trusted advisor on software adoption, integration, and operational best practices.
Solution & Best Practice Advisory
  • Provide strategic advice on operating models, workflows, data models and integrations, ensuring clients maximize the value of our WSO solutions.
  • Lead solution design discussions, considering business, technical, and any applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and regulatory changes related to Public and Private credit.
Team Leadership & Global Collaboration
  • Manage a global, distributed team of consultants and technical WSO specialists, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing in the areas of WSO SME knowledge, custom report creation, product suite upgrades, interface and API implementation, and other consulting services.
  • Ensure teams have clear direction, priorities, and resources to execute successfully.
  • Mentor and develop team members, promoting a culture of delivery excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Problem Solving & Innovation
  • Be creative in problem-solving, proactively identifying innovative approaches to address client challenges.
  • Adapt implementation methodologies to suit complex client environments while ensuring scalability and efficiency.
  • Act as an escalation point for critical engagement issues, driving resolution through effective stakeholder management and negotiation.
Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)

S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $109,582 to $152,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual's geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.

In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.

What We're Looking For:

Basic Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in leading and delivering professional services, consulting, or client delivery roles within the financial technology sector and in loans portfolio management.
  • Strong understanding of loan portfolio management processes, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple client engagements and drive successful project outcomes.
  • Experience managing global teams, including remote and cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex client environments and propose innovative solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage with executive-level clients.
  • Experience with system integration, API-driven architectures, and enterprise software implementations is highly desirable.
  • A strategic thinker with the capacity to design and implement a long-term vision for team success and organizational growth.
  • Ability to travel as needed to support client engagements and team collaboration.
  • Expertise in Wall Street Office product suite or similar loan lifecycle management software is a plus.
