Job Title : Epic Resolute HB & Claims Support Consultant
Location : Remote
Duration : Long Term
Overview: We are seeking an experienced Epic Resolute Hospital Billing (HB) and Claims Support Consultant for a 3+ month remote assignment. The role is focused on production support, ticket resolution, and assisting with upcoming Epic system transitions and upgrades.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle production support tasks with a strong focus on resolving 50 tickets/day
Work on issues related to Epic Resolute HB and Claims
Collaborate with hospital IT teams and operational staff to troubleshoot and resolve issues
Use ServiceNow ticketing system for case management
Maintain documentation, escalate complex issues, and track status until resolution
Ensure compliance with Life Scan background check requirements
Required Qualifications:
3 4 years of hands-on experience with Epic Resolute HB and Claims modules
Epic Certification in Resolute HB and Claims Required
Proven experience in production support environments, preferably in hospitals, mobile units, CHS, or related healthcare settings
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow or similar ticketing platforms
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred/Deal Breaker:
Epic Data Career Badge Strongly Preferred/Deal Breaker
Experience with healthcare workflows in hospital or community health settings
Other Requirements:
Must be working for an Approved Epic Vendor (Epic reserves the right to reject any vendor)
Must clear Life Scan background check
