Job Details

We are seeking a Sr. Genesys Developer with deep expertise in Genesys On-Prem architecture and administration. This role will focus on the design, configuration, and optimization of Genesys environments, ensuring scalability, availability, and performance across multi-channel workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Genesys Architecture

Design scalable, high-availability, and secure Genesys environments (On-Prem).

Strong understanding of Genesys component interactions: Interaction Server, URS, Stat Server, Config Server, Message Server, etc.

Expertise in environment sizing, network design, and failover strategies.

Genesys Framework Management

Administration of Config Server, Stat Server, Message Server, T-Server.

Configuration via CME and Genesys Administrator Extension.

Manage applications, agents, tenants, and system-level objects.

Genesys Intelligent Workload Distribution (IWD)

Configure IWD positions, workbins, and workload types.

End-to-end routing for IWD Work, Email, File Server Capture, API-based interactions.

SLA-based prioritization, segmentation, and distribution.

IWD Rules Engine

Design and implement routing rules using IWD Rules Engine.

Build dynamic rules for prioritization, eligibility, assignment, and escalation.

Policy management and version control of rules.

Routing & Workflow Design

Develop routing strategies using Genesys Composer/Architect.

Design multi-channel workflows (email, file capture, work items).

Implement skills-based routing, business rules, and conditional flows.

File Server Capture Interface

Configure file monitoring for ingestion into work queues.

Automate document classification and routing.

Email Integration / Microsoft Graph API

Integrate mailboxes using Microsoft Graph API.

Implement OAuth2 authentication, email parsing, and work item conversion.

Design routing logic for inbound email based on rules.

Reporting & Analytics

Configure Genesys Pulse dashboards for real-time monitoring.

Work with Genesys InfoMart & SAP BusinessObjects for historical reporting.

Perform SLA analysis, capacity planning, and data-driven optimization.

Database & Troubleshooting

Strong knowledge of Oracle DB schema and SQL queries.

Integrate Oracle DB with Genesys reporting and workflows.

Troubleshoot using Genesys logs, Pulse, ICON, and historical data.

Perform system health monitoring, alerting, and performance tuning.
