Job Description:
  • This role requires an experienced SAP PLM professional with strong expertise in product lifecycle management processes, configuration, workflow, and integrations within the pharmaceutical, life sciences, or medical manufacturing industries.
Requirement/Must Have:
  • Should have worked on SAP PLM PDM PPM.
  • Must have experience in industries such as pharmaceutical manufacturing, life sciences, or medical-related fields.
  • Should have nine or more years of experience in PLM process definition, analysis, design, and implementation.
  • Extensive experience with configuration and testing of the SAP PLM module.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • SAP PLM S4 experience including EHS specification and recipe management, Engineering Change Management, Document Management System, and Bill of Materials with classification systems.
  • Ability to configure engineering records, workflows, global process route templates, agent mapping, agent determination, and decision activities.
  • Experience with background activities, rule-based template determination, rule-based status determination, and approval process initiation.
  • Ability to configure workflow in Fiori or Web UI.
  • Experience with synchronization of recipes to BOMs, ECM of recipe changes, experimental and plant recipes, and specification management including value assignment types, classes, characteristics, phrase management, and property tree.
  • Experience with change management workflows, material and packaging specifications, component design mapping, and data conversion using BODS.
  • Experience with DMS configuration, PPM documents, and folder integrations.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP PPM and Business Partner configurations.
  • Ability to work on functional specification document creation and coordinate technical specification creation with the ABAP team.
  • Knowledge of PPM reports in BW, dashboard reporting, and formatting.
  • Experience in EHS and specification management.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve reported user issues and integration issues.
  • Knowledge of Agile SDK, PX, Events, WSX, ACS, Agile Import and Export, data loads, and ACP.
  • Knowledge of SAP frontend applications such as UI5 Fiori and NWBC.
  • Understanding of third-party tools such as Seal Systems and xECM Open Text.
Experience:
  • Nine or more years of experience in SAP PLM.
  • Industry experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or medical manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
  • Define, design, and implement PLM processes in SAP.
  • Configure SAP PLM modules including EHS, ECM, DMS, BOM, classification systems, and workflows.
  • Set up engineering records, workflow templates, routing, and decision-making logic.
  • Manage recipe synchronization and update processes.
  • Handle specification management and change control activities.
  • Support data conversion efforts using BODS.
  • Configure SAP PPM and Business Partner settings.
  • Prepare documentation including functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams.
  • Develop and support reports, dashboards, and BW outputs.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide resolutions for users and system integrations.
  • Work with Agile tools, SAP UI tools, and third-party applications for integrations.

Qualification And Education:
