Job Details

RESPONSIBILITIES:
A client with Kforce in San Diego, CA is seeking a Marketing Coordinator II to join their team onsite.

Key Tasks:
* Assist in executing personalized marketing campaigns that target specific customer segments, working with Product Managers to drive acquisition goals
* Support the development and rollout of personalized offers and messages across digital channels using CRM, email, or content tools
* Help design and execute a community engagement plan, with the objective of increasing Community membership and regular interaction with Community content and events; Monitor community activity and engagement metrics; Surface insights to inform engagement strategies and campaign optimizations
* Partner with Product Managers, Analytics, Design/UX, Customer Support, and Web Operations to align priorities and ensure smooth campaign and community operation execution
* Collaborate with Community moderators on engagement strategy execution
* Aid in quality control of personalized messaging, content, and community touchpoints-ensuring adherence to guidelines, accessibility, and usability standards
* Contribute to content creation and reuse, optimizing existing templates and components for marketing and community contexts
* Evaluate roadmap and backlog items from stakeholders-help size requests, track status, and assist in prioritizing or planning as needed

REQUIREMENTS:
* 1-3 years of experience in marketing operations, community engagement, or campaigns-particularly in digital, customer-focused environments
* Working knowledge of SEO best practices and the rapidly evolving GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) landscape
* Familiarity with community platforms (forums, knowledge bases), email or CRM tools, and basic marketing tracking tools
* Strong communication and organizational skills-able to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven setting
* A collaborative mindset with attention to detail and a curiosity for community dynamics and user behaviors
* Independent, self-starter with a test-and-learn approach, eager to support strategic initiatives and continuous improvement
* Ability to adapt and contribute to a constantly evolving strategy, with a willingness to iterate based on new learnings and insights
* Proven track record of driving digital marketing campaign performance
* Bonus: prior experience with personalization platforms, A/B testing, basic analytics tools

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
