10+ years of experience in enterprise solution architecture, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/Sales.
5+ years of hands-on experience as a Dynamics 365 Architect (Sales & Customer Engagement).
Strong expertise in Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Dataverse).
Proven experience integrating Azure AI capabilities (Azure Cognitive Services, Azure OpenAI, ML, AI Builder) into business solutions.
In-depth knowledge of Azure services including Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, and API Management.
Experience with data migration, system integration, and enterprise-scale deployments.
Solid understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and customer engagement workflows.
Excellent communication and client-facing consulting skills.
POSITION GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS
Highly skilled Senior Dynamics 365 (Sales) Architect with proven expertise in designing and implementing end-to-end enterprise solutions, enhanced by Azure AI capabilities.
The ideal candidate will lead solution architecture, provide thought leadership, and guide stakeholders in leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Azure AI services to transform customer engagement and drive business outcomes.
This role requires deep technical proficiency, strong consulting experience, and the ability to align technology solutions with strategic business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Delivery
Lead the design and implementation of Dynamics 365 Sales solutions, including customization, integration, and performance optimization.
Architect and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
Integrate Azure AI services (Cognitive Services, Azure OpenAI, ML models) with Dynamics 365 Sales to enable intelligent customer engagement, predictive insights, and process automation.
Define solution blueprints, technical designs, and integration patterns across Microsoft ecosystem (Power Platform, Azure, M365).
Stakeholder Engagement
Partner with business leaders, product owners, and technical teams to translate requirements into solution architectures.
Act as a trusted advisor on CRM strategy, sales process automation, and AI adoption.
Conduct workshops and design sessions with stakeholders to drive consensus and innovation.
Leadership & Governance
Provide architectural guidance, mentoring, and technical oversight to development teams.
Ensure compliance with security, data governance, and regulatory standards.
Establish best practices and reusable frameworks for Dynamics 365 Sales and AI-enabled solutions.
Preferred Qualifications -
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert.
Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate / Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
Experience in industry-specific CRM implementations (e.g., financial services, healthcare, manufacturing).
Familiarity with DevOps (Azure DevOps, GitHub) CI/CD pipelines for Dynamics 365 deployments.
Experience with Copilot AI integration in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
