Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement real-time and batch interfaces using Infor Cloverleaf.
  • Analyze requirements, design workflows, and develop interface specifications.
  • Develop custom Tcl scripts for message transformation, filtering, and routing.
  • Configure and support various communication protocols (TCP/IP, FTP, SFTP, HTTP, etc.).
  • Work with SMAT / SMATDB to trace, debug, and analyze message flow.
  • Monitor interface engine performance and respond to system alerts and logs.
  • Participate in upgrade and migration projects (e.g., Cloverleaf 6.x to 20.x).
  • Collaborate with clinical, billing, and IT teams to ensure seamless data exchange.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, data privacy, and security regulations.
  • Provide on-call support for production environments when required.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Infor Cloverleaf Integration Engine.
  • Proficient in HL7 V2.x, X12, Tcl scripting, and interface configuration.
  • Experience with interface lifecycle: requirements, development, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Knowledge of healthcare standards (e.g., ADT, ORM, ORU, DFT messages).
  • Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments and basic shell scripting.
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
