Overview

A highly skilled Senior IT Project Manager is needed to lead multiple concurrent enterprise-level technology projects. This role requires deep experience with PMP-aligned project management practices, strong governance adherence, and the ability to deliver complex initiatives on scope, schedule, and budget. The Project Manager will partner with business and technical stakeholders to ensure project readiness, develop comprehensive planning artifacts, manage risks, and drive successful execution through formal phase-gate processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage 2 5 concurrent enterprise technology projects through Initiation, Planning, and Execution phases.
• Apply PMP methodologies and standardized project governance practices to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance.
• Develop and maintain essential project management artifacts, including:
• Business Cases
• Project Charters
• Stakeholder Lists
• Communication Plans
• Risk Registers
• Project Schedules with defined milestones
• Benefit Realization Plans
• Status Reports
• Facilitate formal phase-gate reviews, ensuring all required inputs, outputs, and approvals are met for each stage.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to confirm project funding, resources, and alignment with enterprise priorities.
• Monitor and control scope, schedule, cost, risks, and issues, initiating Change Requests as needed.
• Provide regular and ad hoc status updates using project management systems and dashboards.
• Lead project closeout activities, including Lessons Learned documentation and Benefit Realization follow-up.
• Ensure adherence to organizational ethical standards, delegated authority levels, and project reporting requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing IT projects.
• PMP certification required.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent enterprise-level IT projects.
• Proven ability to navigate structured project governance environments, preferably in regulated industries.
• Strong skills in:
• Multi-stakeholder communication
• Schedule and cost control
• Risk and issue management
• Governance adherence
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as ServiceNow, SAP BPC, and Power BI (proficiency required; expertise is a plus).
• Ability to rapidly learn and apply structured project management processes and frameworks.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and/or an Agile certification.
• Strong written communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
