Title / Role: Business Development Manager

Work Location: Onsite(Sacramento, California)

Work Hours: Mon Fri, 8am-5pm PST

  • Min of 12 yrs exp in working directly with end clients in the US or large implementation partners : Deloitte, Hitachi, Accenture, etc and deploying senior consultants with 10-15 yrs exp in Technologies like : Talend, Java etc onto the projects.
  • Successful track record of deploying min of 20 consultants per annum individually .
  • Strong network of hiring managers with direct end client and /or above specified large implementation partners.
  • Strong Exp in identification of projects and deploying senior H1b sponsored consultants with min of 10 yrs onto projects.
  • Strong experience with Linkedin Sales Navigator.
  • Strong exp in scheduling meetings / appointments.

Role / Responsibilities:

1 Identify service opportunities for consultants and deploy them onto active projects based on their technical experience.

2. Identify and qualify potential clients via cold calling, Linkedin messaging, emailing and internet research within IT
3. Coordinate appointments, calls and meetings between senior management and customers within IT industry
4. Cultivate strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client IT
5. Collate and maintain client information in the CRM database : Bigin,
6. Do research about client contacts using Linkedin sales navigator and online and draft magnetic messaging and schedule meetings
7. Strong experience with drafting emails.
8. Goal : Schedule the min # of client meetings per week after the initial training period
9. Complete and maintain the sales certifications for ServiceNow, Mulesoft / Salesforce, Dhruva, Quantum, Cisco, Oracle etc
