Job Description:
Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing outstanding support, resolving inquiries, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, a quick learner, and possess a genuine desire to help others.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and/or social media (specify channels relevant to your business).
Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively, escalating complex problems to appropriate internal teams when necessary.
Product/Service Knowledge: Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products, services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information.
Information Provision: Provide clear, concise, and accurate information to customers regarding orders, accounts, billing, technical support, and general inquiries.
Documentation: Accurately document all customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and resolutions, in the CRM system.
Customer Satisfaction: Strive to achieve high customer satisfaction scores and build positive customer relationships.
Feedback & Improvement: Identify common customer issues and provide feedback to relevant departments (e.g., product, sales, marketing) for continuous improvement.
Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines in all customer interactions.
Sales/Upselling (if applicable): Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services to customers based on their needs
