Position Responsibilities
- Oversee Uline's migration to Oracle EBS for supply chain, AP/AR and GL modules.
- Manage a team of developers to design, develop and maintain complex applications.
- Serve as a key technical and functional liaison between Finance and IT leadership.
- Plan and execute large-scale, high-profile development initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders on strategy.
- Stay current on IT best practices and emerging software technologies.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or related field.
- 8+ years of experience managing an Oracle EBS environment and technology stack.
- In-depth knowledge of Financial, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Costing, and Inventory processes.
- Proven experience managing high-performing development teams for critical applications.
- Strong communication and customer service skills in a leadership role.
