Job Details
Position Title: Composer Routing/Platform Developer
Job Location: Austin, TX (Onsite)
Job Type: FTE or Contract (Only W2)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Need a Composer Routing/Platform Developer having good analytical and development skillset with flexibility to learn and adopt.
- A Genesys Core and Voice engineer is responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of Genesys customer engagement solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Design and configuration of Genesys Core and Voice components, including IVR, call routing, and call recording.
- Integration of Genesys Core and Voice solutions with other enterprise systems, such as CRM, ERP, and databases.
- Maintenance and troubleshooting of Genesys Core and Voice systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including developers, network engineers, and customer support, to provide end-to-end customer engagement solutions.
- Management of Genesys upgrades, patches, and security updates to keep the systems up-to-date and secure.
- Development of custom scripts and applications to enhance the functionality of Genesys Core and Voice systems.
- Provision of technical support and training to end-users and other technical teams.
