About the Role:
Are you an experienced Salesforce Developer with a passion for designing, developing, testing, and deploying custom solutions on the Salesforce platform? This remote position may be a great fit. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud (RCSA), a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture & development best practices, and experience within the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable and maintainable solutions on the Salesforce platform
- Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
- Implement and maintain Salesforce Revenue Cloud (RCSA) components
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs within the Salesforce environment
- Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices across all Salesforce configurations
- Document solution designs, technical specifications, and development processes
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Strong experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud (RCSA)
- Familiarity with Salesforce platform tools including Flows, Process Builder, and custom objects
- Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments
Preferred qualifications:
- Background in the financial services industry
- Salesforce Developer or Platform Developer I/II certifications a plus
