Job Details

We are looking for a Share point Developer are must to be local to South Carolina.

Education and Certifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Job Responsibilities:

Assist with the administration of SharePoint Online environments, including Teams, PowerApps,

Power Automate, and Forms, ensuring quality, process alignment, and user support.

Design, create, and maintain internal and external SharePoint sites, lists/libraries, views, and modern

pages aligned with business processes.

Monitor health, usage, and compliance of SharePoint Online to ensure secure services with minimal

downtime.

Build and maintain PowerApps applications and customized list forms for data intake, workflows, and

tracking.

Implement automation flows for approvals, notifications, reminders, file routing, and Forms

SharePoint/Dataverse capture.

Design and configure Dataverse schema (tables, relationships) and role-based security mapped to

agency groups.

Work collaboratively to implement Microsoft 365 Copilot, Sensitivity Labels, Retention Policies, and

compliance features.

Create system design documents and architectures to guide scalable and secure implementations

Troubleshoot and triage complex issues across infrastructure, applications, client devices, and cloud

services to identify and resolve root causes.

Configure and use standard and premium Microsoft 365 connectors for integration and automation.

Document, track, and escalate issues as appropriate, ensuring timely resolution and communication.

Lead SharePoint Online projects end-to-end, accommodating evolving business priorities and

technological changes while ensuring availability, performance, scalability, reliability, recoverability,

and security.

Collaborate with the security team to address findings, apply mitigations, and enhance security

posture.

Provide recommendations on content retention, boundary control, DLP policies, and access rights

management.

Manage and prioritize multiple, diverse tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced

environment.

Demonstrate flexibility, independence, and self-motivation in managing responsibilities.

Provide after-hours or weekend maintenance support when required.

Perform additional duties assigned to support business and IT objectives.

Required Experience:

Serve as a SharePoint Online Technical Subject Matter Expert with expert-level knowledge of Azure,

Azure AD, SharePoint Online, Teams, PowerApps, Power Automate, and other Microsoft 365 services

fC tenants.

Manage and administer SharePoint Online using PowerShell, ensuring efficient automation and

governance.

Provide architectural expertise in M365 security constructs and data protection solutions, including

DLP, RMS/IRM, and Azure Information Protection.

Demonstrate strong ability to deliver projects on time, proactively manage risks/issues, and ensure

timely follow-up.

Exhibit qualities of being highly self-motivated, organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and results[1]driven, with a strong sense of responsibility.

Preferred Experience:

Previous government experience in delivering IT solutions, ensuring compliance with federal/state

policies and standards
